October Flowers No.2Each year I attend one of my favorite events of the year, Antiques at the Gardens at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. Drawing antique dealers, designers and tastemakers from a round the world, its truly a full sensory delight, filled with SUCH BEAUTY. I am fortunate to be invited at the end of the show to salvage the flowers and give them a brief second act inside my atelier, where I paint them for days on end until they finally drop their heads.
